The Bondi Masacre 2025
It truly is no secret that this was the worst terrorist attack that Sydney inn0cent bystanders have endured.
The courage shown by many beautiful Australians on this day was remarkable.
The sorrow and pain in many will live on.
To those that lost thier lives, I am deeply sorry.
I knew the minute I heard of this I had to help. Given my psychology background the best I could offer was to be a shoulder and assistance on a designated phone line set up by NSW Police and the Government.
I thought I would be needed for a few hours however, inundated beyond what words can describe and was available around the clock for 2 weeks.
More is needed and being set up and I will always assist those in need from this horrendous tragedy.
The Bondi Westfield Stabbing 2024

Mental Health is important to all of us however, it is not an excuse to take the lives of innocent people. The shopping centre was packed and this rocked our worlds, more importantly and unfortunately changed the lives of many.
​
This was swift and very brutal. The actions of many shopkeepers to assist shoppers will not be forgotten. The bravery shown by NSW Police, Westfield Security and innocent bystanders will also never be forgotten, nor the pure souls that lost their lives on this horrendous day.
​
Not living too close to this as I am in Northern Beaches I assisted with availability to man the urgent mental health call lines that were set up for this horrible, unprecedented attack.
Assiting the public voice our their fears, their pain, their grief was an incredible time, a time that I will treasure in being able to offer assistance to those in need. This will go on as will the fears in many. We cannot let fear win!

To those that lost their lives, may you rest in peace and watch over your loved ones, to all the bystanders, first responders, thank you for all your bravery and your constant support in helping those in need.
Wedding Bus Crash - Hunter - 2023
An absolute tragedy. Innocent wedding guest doing the right thing by hiring a bus so they could have a wonderful time. Unfortunately due to alleged driver error thier trip home ended in disaster.
Numerous unfortunately did not make it and may they rest in peace. Numerous were seriously injured.
I volunteered due to help lines going into chaos.
There certainly was a great need for this due to the sheer volume of distressed callers, witnesses, family and friends of loved ones and also directions of operations.
I am very blessed to have a calming nature, a go to attitude and knowledge, grief counselling and the likes to assist in such disasters.
Thank you to all first responders, hospital staff, and to many who jumped in to assist in difficult times.
Aussie Bush Fires - we need your help!
Australia is being devastated by the raging inferno fires across our nation - never seen before..........
Many lives have been lost including Fire fighters on the front line, hundreds of homes lost, thousands of our animals perished.Been donating my time being on a number of Community Crisis phone lines, offering support, a shoulder or just being there for someone who just wants to be heard!
Donated half a truck load of new clothes, furniture, toys and personal items - pleasure to do so!
Very humbled and very blessed to being able to offer help.
